Black Butte Ranch charges a 12% resort fee on the total nightly fee paid (excluding cleaning and county tax) included in the quote and paid by the landlord to the Ranch.
Deschutes County charges an 8% tax for short-term rentals on the total nightly fee paid (including cleaning and pet fee) included in the quote and paid by the homeowners to the county. State of Oregon charges a 1.5% short-term occupancy fee. These are charge to the renter and paid to the government by the landlord.
There is one camera outside on the garage viewing the entrance drive. This is the only camera on the premises. It is not to be tampered with.
