We are delighted to share our special getaway with you and sincerely hope you enjoy it. The scenic views are breathtaking, while the Ranch offers numerous activities, or you can choose to simply relax in the hot tub or by the fire cozy with a book. It's a magical place to create memories. Feel free to use the bikes, sleds, cornhole boards, pool toys, and games. The fireplace is fully stocked with wood, and the barbeque and firepit have a dedicated propane source. All designed to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible.Â

Cancellations due to weather may be refunded. Must email blackbutteranchrental@gmail.com to notify. No-shows without notice will not be refunded. Â
Black Butte Ranch charges a 12% resort fee on the total nightly fee paid (excluding cleaning and county tax) included in the quote and paid by the landlord to the Ranch.Â
Deschutes County charges an 8% tax for short-term rentals on the total nightly fee paid (including cleaning and pet fee) included in the quote and paid by the homeowners to the county. State of Oregon charges a 1.5% short-term occupancy fee. These are charge to the renter and paid to the government by the landlord.Â
There is one camera outside on the garage viewing the entrance drive. This is the only camera on the premises. It is not to be tampered with.
